How do I cancel Business?
Open Settings → Billing in your dashboard. It takes you to the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel whenever you like. When the subscription ends, your organization moves back to Free.
What happens to my codes if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted and your codes stay signed. Free limits apply again. You can’t create a new code while 3 or more are active, and a code past 100 scans shows as paused on the verification page. Logo upload, advanced analytics and exports switch off.
I subscribed in the iOS app. Where do I manage it?
Apple bills subscriptions bought in the iOS app. Change or cancel them on your iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The Stripe billing portal doesn’t cover them.
Where do I find my invoices?
Stripe processes web payments, and your payment history is in the Stripe billing portal (Settings → Billing). For company details on an invoice, email contact@qralo.com. Apple sends the receipts for iOS subscriptions.
Is there a free trial?
No trial period. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card, so you can sign real codes and test the verification page before you pay anything.
How do I pay?
Business is paid monthly by card through Stripe Checkout. Stripe shows the amount before you confirm. Pilots for operators and the public sector are quoted one by one. Tell us how your purchasing works in the pilot form.
What does “fair use” mean on Business?
There is no cap on the number of codes or scans. Code creation is rate-limited to 20 new codes per 15 minutes from the same IP address. If you need to create large batches, talk to us.
